Texas Quick Care 854 Hurst Street, Center, TX 75935

"I was "seen" at the Center location as a walk in. The provider, Kayla, did not give her last name nor her credentials other than she went to school for seven years. Not sure why I needed that bit of information. Front office was rude, told me I could be seen after 2 or "well, I guess we can't see you then." When I asked for the supervisor it took 4 hours to get an email from Alahnna Spinks, longer than that for her to call. This place is a joke all the way around. I hope someone can get decent treatment here. Last time I checked, there was no treatment for a common cold. I asked for something that could help me "feel" better. Nothing. She closed her laptop."

"Scheduled an appt via their online site and filled out paperwork. Office called to cancel and received text and email of the same. Decided to walk in since they take those even though I knew I would wait longer, refused to see me with no one in the waiting area, stating they were too busy. Reaching the office manager is non-existant. Elaina stated for me to email and she would get right back with me, crickets. Horrible customer service!!!!! Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!!"

"Disorganized mess! Went to Joaquin location and they were closed because they had no internet. They sent me to Center (45 miles from my house). Center location had me fill out forms and then told me their Dr. Was leaving for a funeral...but, I could wait (for how many hours?). How ridiculous and rude. Hope nobody in Center gets sick. No courtesy or common sense at this place!"

"Well while doing some fishing on Toledo I got an infection in a toe. So rather than let it get worse I immediately searched for an urgent care near me. Texas Quick Care in Center was the closest. I walked in with no appointment, exchanged paperwork and waited maybe 10 minutes to go back. Front desk receptionist was just nice as could be. The nurse was awesome as well as we both laughed at my situation. The Nurse Practitioner was very attentive and observant and quickly diagnosed my issue and prescribed the medication I need quickly. So on the way out I went to the check in window to pay my urgent care insurance copay. The lady explained to me they are a private practice and not an urgent care! So with that said I was out the door and on my way. They have a wonderful practice and top notch employees. So if anyone needs a Dr don't hesitate to go here!!!"

"We brought my 14 month old daughter here for an eye infection and they were great with her. Very kind people and a clean atmosphere. I even decided to switch her there permanently."
