"I dread the times I have to take my children here. She is very rude to her staff, very unorganized, and is not courteous of other people's time. I dont care what you go to her office for, appointment or walk-in, you'll be there for more than 4 hours and she will only be in the room with the patient for no more than 15 minutes. I recall coming in at 3 pm and leaving at 8 o'clock at night several occasions. This year, 2019, has been the first time we've left within 4 hours and 30 minutes, no exaggeration. Currently searching for a new pediatrician for my 4 children just like the rest of my family like my sister and her kids, my brother and his kids, and plenty more ARE LEAVING."

"Wait time in office is LONG, but that is because there is NO BETTER doctor ANYWHERE. My children were raised going to see her and my daughter MOVED from Indiana back to Louisiana JUST to go see doctor Holliway after giving the Indiana doctors 4months to find what was wrong when she gave birth to her first child. Dr. Holliway does a detailed examine and checks everything...everytime no matter what you are there to see her for. She CARES for your child like no one else. She puts your child's welfare above EVERYTHING else. I can't speak highly enough about her!"

"Excellent doctor who really cares for the children! I had a lapse in insurance and my daughter had pneumonia, a collapsed lung and a viral respiratory infection and spent 2 nights in the ICU. When I tried to follow up with her regular pediatrician for her 1 week follow up we were turned around and told that "we're not a Medicaid provider and if she gets sick again just take her to the ER." I spent days trying to find a doctor that would accept my daughter and Dr. Holliway was the only office in the city of Shreveport that would accept her right away and she did not care about insurance or money. She wanted to make sure my daughter was well and gave her the best and thorough examination I have ever seen! We now have insurance again and instead of going back to the doctors that only care about money I will be giving my co-pays to Dr. Holliway instead!"
