"PLEASE BEWARE!!!!! This Shreveport office and Kelsey at MD clinics in particular are very rude and disorganized. The office constantly mis-manages appointments and schedules and takes absolutely not accountability. They have had incorrect information in my charts, and were unable to provided treatment because the nurses were incapable of performing simple task like administering IV treatments. I was attempting to release my medical records to another dr. office today and was met with the same disorganized chaos.Thankful a very kind switchboard operator by the name of Shakendria Jackson was able to point me in the right direction and get my situation resolved. I would never recommend anyone seeking QUALITY care to choose the Shreveport branch of MD clinics."

"I'm torn because Dr. Pokhrel is so amazing! He takes his time to explain everything to me, he's very attentive to my health and I really appreciate him as my doctor. Unfortunately, my experience with the administrative side has been a complete nightmare. It took me months to get my first appointment because I kept getting different stories depending on who I spoke to at the front desk, and some of them were very rude to me. My primary care manager sent my referral to their office more than 4 times until they finally were able to find it. Meanwhile, I could not receive treatment over the months it took to even begin to book my appointment. Now that I'm an established patient, booking appointments has been a nightmare as well. They ONLY schedule follow-ups exactly two weeks from the date of your blood work. Appointments are backed up 2+ months, so if you need to change it, it will postpone your labs and treatment by that long. They also refuse to do telehealth or even a phone call with the results of your blood work. You have to come in person, which I'm not able to do on any day other than Thursdays, so it makes everything a huge ordeal. I try so hard to be friendly and kind, but I have felt frustrated at every turn from this office. I have never had these problems at another doctor's practice. I'm trying my best to stick around because I'm very happy with my actual treatment from the doctor, but it comes at a cost."

"Love love love MD Clinic! Such a caring staff and Dr. Dhawan is the best Oncologist been with him for 14 years can't say enough good things. You know some people complain about every little thing try to be grateful today because I am Cancer free for 14 years Dr. Are humans too!"

"If I can put zero stars ,I would ! I have a referral from my doctor (tricare prime ) in April , I called to try set an appointment, couldn’t get through and was told to leave a message and they will get back to me . Well no return call , I called again and again and again still no response, so when I finally got a hold of someone in June ! I was told they don’t have my referral, so I called my insurance and told them about the issue, I was told they send it out April ! So I ask can they fax them a new referral, so I called this clinic back they said they don’t have it and I told them to go check because I just talk to my insurance and was told they send the referral, oh low and behold they got it !! Now I was told they will put a folder and start processing my insurance and call me back it’s is now July , I called them and Yes!! They still haven’t done anything,my question is why are they going to process my insurance when they haven’t seen me ! The worst place and I will make sure I get a different place not them ever !"

"Was referred here by my doctor for OB services. They have now had my file for two weeks and they have not called to schedule an appointment or make any type of contact. I called the day after my file was faxed over to confirm and was told they received it they are putting together a folder for me and will contact to make an appointment. I called the next week and got the same answer, still nothing. In my book seems like they just don’t care"
