"I have been trying to get my thyroid medication for over 7 days after having my lab work done. For some reason they will not refill my prescription. The thyroid controls many bodily functions. I will be changing doctors immediately and I’m sad because of this because I love David Raines been coming here for years. This is absolutely unbelievable"

"Service was HORRIBLE one of the ladies who was working with the dentist was very super rude and also the dentist was SUPER inpatient and mean was trying to get a tooth pulled the pulled a little then made me go to lsu to finish I was in extreme pain and the AND THE STAFF IS RUDE AND NASTY JIST GO TO LSU CAUSE THEY CANT HELP YOU"

"We are new to them and I must say the receptionists were great. Today turned out not to be a great day for us and had to reschedule. The receptionists were understanding and patient with situation. They worked together and made sure we had appointments before leaving. They have wonderful customer service. Only reason I can't give it 5 stars because we didn't get to see the dentist today for our reasons. Looking forward to it tho."

"I went in for an extraction. I had no wait time. The staff worked quickly and efficiently. The dentist was friendly and proficient. Start to finish time was about an hour. Not bad for a community health facility."

"This health center was very hard to find, especially in a sort of rundown part of Shreveport. It's part of a little strip mall right on the right end. I had Medicaid and needed a health center that would accept it. I just had a regular check up. The assistant that took me for questionnaire was very nice and joked a lot. She warmed up that nervous experience for me. If you're a new patient, you'll have to fill out a small slip, but I guess the rest of the questioning comes when that assistant nurse calls you to the back. Overall, I was impressed with my visit."
