"I saw Dr. Chance today, and felt he was extremely dismissive. I spoke to him about issues that I'm having, ongoing issues, including a bad knee. I needed a referral to get xrays on it, and he basically rushed me out of the office, saying I needed to make a separate appt for that. Not happy, at all. I mean, it's not that big of a deal. I can make another appt, but there is really no need when it basically comes down to the xray being needed to move forward with treatment. So why should I waste time going back just to say, "Hey, I have Oesteoarthritis and would like a referral to get my xrays done so we can see what can be done", when I just, literally told him that? I get it. The clinic makes more money if there are more visits, but why make it that obvious?"
