"I normally love this place but have had alot of trouble getting on the phone since I made a deposit on my daughter's birthday party about a month and a half ago. Im coming very close to not worrying about losing the deposit and booking somewhere else. Getting in touch and getting details confirmed has been a nightmare. If the situation improves and the party is a success I will come back and update my review to a 5 star but for now it's been way more frustrating and complicated than it ever should have been. Just a little edit to clear some things up. I have left multiple voicemails and never received calls back. ( Part of the reason Ive been a little frustrated with the party planning process)"

"I have never felt so comfortable with my son being himself in a kids place. My son is affected by autism and the staff did not miss a beat keeping him engaged and taking worry off me. This place is warm and welcoming and has given me a new outlet for my son. They go above and beyond to ensure the guest have a blast."

"My 5 year old daughter and I visited jump zone for a birthday party and we loved it! There were a variety of inflateables for all all ages. It was nice to see an area decorated for small children. The host of the party was fully attentive, entertaining the children with line dances other fun things. She cut the cake and served it to the guests. It was very nice! Whoever came up with the idea of a bunch of fun jumps in a warehouse building is a genius. We will be back!"

"Wonderful place! Daughter loved it and she made a few friends there in a blink of an eye! ❤️ The young lady and young man there was very kind and shown great hospitality towards me and my daughter. The two hour visit was definitely worth it!"

"Will not come back. We arrived at 7:30 was told they close at 9. There were a few families here when we arrived they left shortly after. We were told at 8:20 that they had to close because noone else was there. I paid just like everyone else and should been allowed to stay until the actual closing time. We have been driving from NC back to TX and stopped so our 4 year old could play. Never again!!! It is sad that paying customers were told to leave early because the staff wanted to go home early."
