"Hotel has good value, clean, friendly staff. Rooms always spacious. Valet is usually slow over 25 minutes to get your car, so plan accordingly!"
"this is great place for family or long term stay person since there is kitchen in the room. the only issue here was noise from fans, not from outside of room. fitness on lower level was nice for me since nobody uses. no restaurant available when i stayed here, but not sure now. but this won't be issue for most people since there are a lot of great restaurant near the hotel reasonable price with generous room size,"
"My husband and I stayed here this past week, and checked out this morning. After reading some of the reviews, I decided to give this hotel more of an accurate star rating than I was previously going to. The good: we were visiting for our anniversary and were upgraded to a beautiful room with a view. Room appeared to be very clean, and we appreciated the kitchenette to store our leftovers and snacks we brought with us. The location is fantastic if you are wanting to pretty much walk anywhere. The room was very quiet, and you couldn’t hear any of the street sounds down below. We want to personally thank whoever upgraded our room, and the sweet girl who got us all checked in. The bad (and just plain weird): oh man, where to start…. We went to checkout this morning and there was nobody to be found at the front desk. To be fair, it was close to 5am because my husband and I wanted to get an early start to our next leg of the road trip. I have worked in the hotel industry before, and I knew that there should have been at least a night auditor on duty to help hand us our car keys and get us checked out. My husband was shouting “hello?” around the lobby, and I just called the front desk phone to see if someone would appear to the sound. (In all honesty, my next move would have been to go behind the desk myself). Poof! A worker magically appeared from the back room and had clearly been sleeping back there. I was baffled, but we just wanted our keys at that point. Once we got into our car, it was clear to us that someone partook in smoking weed either in our car or shortly before getting in. This was odd since the bellhop who got us settled at the start of the stay didn’t smell of weed at all, and we left the car parked for our entire 4 day stay. As someone who is 3 months pregnant, this was really an awful start to the road trip home."
"We stayed 4 days 3 nights. It was great. The location is convenient. We were in walking g distance of everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff were amazing they were tentative to our every need. The only thing I would wish was they had breakfast. But in the same token there is a lot of good places to eat around the area."
"My wife and I stayed here for 4 days to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary and Halloween. As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly by valet and reception. Our room was really spacious and clean! The bed was really comfortable and great for my back. The only thing I would change is the pillows or getting more of them. That’s just a personal preference of mine. Every night before we went out we would enjoy a drink at the downstairs bar. The bartender is really nice, remembered us from the night before and super attentive. He noticed we were really into the Celtics game and had switched the tv sound to the game which was really nice :). The location is excellent. Super quiet and not far away from the hustle and bustle of the French quarter. Although they do not offer breakfast there are two awesome spots right next to the hotel. One last thing that we liked about our stay is the little market in the lobby where we could buy drinks and snacks. Thank you to the staff and everyone that makes the hotel a wonderful place to stay at!"
