"The room was alright amenities were lacking but it was cute. They made me pay again when I got to the hotel which I assumed my original reservation would be refunded. When trying to get refunded myself and my credit card company have now been ghosted by the hotel. If you make a reservation here just be aware that if anything goes wrong you probably won’t get a refund even if they double charge you."
"A roof and a bed. What more can you expect from a hotel these days? Hotel didn't have our reservation and it took them almost an hour to sort it out, which threw off our plans for the evening. Got to our tiny room with one small beside dresser. TV was just a smartTV so you had to log in or cast with your own devices. No fridge. 2 coat hangers. Not 100% clean. AC wasn't working. Rooms weren't the cleanest and walls were quite thin on the first floor. We asked to fix the AC and when they couldn't get ahold of maintenance, they offered us to move to another room, which we did. It was a carbon copy room but AC worked. I must commend the staff working there as they were all quite nice. Must be a management/owner issue with everything going on here. Sorry for the staff who have to deal with this stuff constantly. Close to street car which is nice. (Buy a day or 3 day pass for transit)"
"One of the worst places I've ever stayed at first of all when I walked into the room there was a giant piece of snot on the windowsill. Also, our AC was not working we called down to the front desk they did they said a maintenance guy was coming. We waited two hours and no one showed up. We left early Also, refuse to refund us our money"
"Absolutely loved this place. Great staff, kind and accommodating. Clean and very cute! Stayed for the day while the rest of my group got here and it was perfect. Would definitely recommend."
