"Fully appointed hotel suites, clean and comfortable. Located on the south and westerly corner of the French Quarter within two blocks of Bourbon Street. Close enough to walk to most French Quarter destinations but far enough away to be quiet and safe. Local bars next door and within one block walk."
"I wanted to be nicer about this establishment but management ruined that opportunity. I made this reservation last minute and this establishment had great reviews. It was the holiday season so we did have a bit of trouble navigating to the site. This is due to the fact that the garage they partner with was not accessible due to streets being blocked. They had no contingency they just shrug their shoulders. The room we had…had NO hot water. I called the front desk to ask for maintenance….they don’t have anyone on site and or call. I was told they would fix it in the morning….now who in their right mind would want to lay down after traveling all day and night without a shower?! I then went down to the front desk and guess what….another shrug. We all took cold showers. The next morning I ask if we can check out a little later so we can take warm showers…and was told no. When checking out I ask to speak with the manager. Of course there is never one available. This would be the second time I have asked to speak to one and they are not there. They took my name and number twice and I NEVER heard from anyone. I have since called several times and would you be surprised?! The manager NEVER picks up the phone. I cannot and will not stay at this establishment again. I had to sign a waiver which I read and did not initial what I did not agree with that pretty much holds this establishment harmless no matter what. For over $400 all I was a lot of shoulder shrugging and an incompetent staff. And my money and time are too valuable to waste."
"Absolutely lovely place to stay- wish my stay was longer so I could take advantage of all the amenities! Super nice staff, great room, courtyard, laundry room, exercise room, elevator, and close to everything in the French Quarter and the trolleys. Great little restaurant for breakfast right next door. I will definitely be back!"
"Great place, great location. Nice to have a small living room and full kitchen. Tuesday night dinner was a nice surprise. Staff was friendly and available. There is no daily maid service or food available on site, but many options for food and light groceries near by. Street car pick up is a 1 block walk."
"Definitely a great location if you’re looking to be within walking distance of all of the French Quarter. The room was comfortable and had exposed brick walls which I absolutely love the look of. It was a little confusing getting to the room, a little bit of a maze if you will. Make sure you find it before you start drinking. And also, if you are placed in a room on the back of the building near the alley, I hope you need to be up early. Every morning I was woken up multiple times by different garbage trucks who are certainly not caring about what time of night it is. It is very loud. Seemed to start with the first one after midnight and then again at 4 am followed by 6am. It’s not the hotels fault but just be warned. The parking was a little deceiving. Said they give you a discounted rate at a nearby garage, but they will charge you $36 a day when it’s only $25 for 24 hours at the garage itself. The benefit is if you want to leave and come back multiple times in that time, you can. You aren’t able to do that if you go through the garage itself. So if you plan on just leaving your car in the garage for your trip, it’s more cost effective to just go to the garage. All in all it was a good experience for me. But I might try another place next time."
