"They don't stand behind what they sell. I understand many items in the store have been handcrafted but when something starts to discolor and lose what made it beautiful and all it's done is sit on a shelf in a climate controlled house with no sun ever touching it, that's a problem. I purchased a beautiful handwoven basket with white, shiny sequins sewn onto it. It is not an expensive piece but I loved it. I noticed over time that the sequins started turning brown. It wouldn't have been a big deal but it just keeps getting worse and no longer looks appealing. I didn't know what to do so I took it to the store to see if they could help me. I received no help at all and was treated very dismissively. I had no idea when I purchased it that I would not get to enjoy it for long. Had I known, I would not have bought it. Very disappointed."
