"Bought a sidebar table and one of the doors was misaligned I have called at least 5 different times trying to coordinate a technician to repair it so fat no response"
"Love Arhaus, and wish I could buy more!! Quality made furniture that is built to last, and looks amazing in my midmod apartment. The store is beautifully laid out (gave me a few ideas), and the floor team really knows their product lines. I really appreciate how you can get design assistance on the front end, and if anything goes wrong later, you can always check back in with them for options. Josiah was a huge help in making a final decision with my last purchase, and helped me find alternatives to an item that was no longer in production. Highly recommend going in store to talk to them about what you're looking for!"
"Last year, we purchased three counter stools from this business for approximately $2,100. In the middle of this year my wife decided she wanted a fourth stool and contacted the establishment. At that time, the salesperson, Rebecca, offered her the opportunity to purchase insurance for the stools for $100. My wife initially equivocated, but proceeded after being assured that, if we changed our mind, we could cancel the insurance when we took delivery of the fourth stool and receive a refund. We took delivery in early October and, at that time, advised the salesperson we did not desire the insurance. We received no further word, and October 21 called the store to inquire. We were advised we needed to contact the store manager, a Mr. Borgos, who had authority to issue a refund. My wife emailed him on October 23 and November 17. He never responded to either email. I emailed him on November 29 and requested a response by the end of the day on December 1. Again, this message was just ignored, although, coincidentally, we received the insurance certificate by email on December 1. We have dealt with Arhaus in other cities without any issues. However, this Arhaus store gas over 250 complaints in the past three years. I can't say I'm surprised given the treatment we have received. If there is a disagreement, so be it. Those can be discussed. But for a retail business to simple ignore customer inquiries. Is not ok. There are lots of other reputable furniture companies out there. I suggest you avoid Arhaus."
"Beautiful show room, but happy to see them moving a little closer to my home. Great quality products. Our whole house is furnished with their products. Local store has great service."
"BUYER BEWARE. I paid nearly $5000 (!!!) for a Remington sofa here, thinking it was a pricy investment in a comfortable couch that would last for years. I was promised a 3-4 month delivery time. It took SIX MONTHS and repeated emails and calls to the store rep (Vanessa Cunningham, who stopped caring about my order as soon as my invoice was paid) and the main branch shipping dept. And when my expensive sofa was *finally* delivered... it arrived with a lopsided chaise cushion (3 inches higher on one end and side, see photos) + gap where the two pieces are supposed to fit flush together. Together, these defects throw anyone who tries to sit on the chaise into an uncomfortable, off-kilter position stuck between cushions. It took me 2 phone calls to the "concierge" (plus 5 emails with photo evidence of the defect over the span of a month, which they ignored until I called again) to finally get a replacement cushion ordered. Who knows if that will ever arrive. Do yourself a favor and buy furniture from literally anywhere else. UPDATE: "Concierge" estimates SEVEN MONTHS to replace this single faulty cushion. So after waiting 6 months for the sofa, then a month for a response, I'm supposed to have a comfortable couch, let's see... 1 year and 4 months after ordering. What a joke."
