"Somewhat underwhelming experience. First, there's no AC so it's very humid in the store. Second, there's no delivery, no returns, and no warranties. Third (and most important), prices are much higher than I expected i.e. $1,000 for a standard lounge chair or $300 for a table lamp. For those prices I could buy them online, get it shipped directly to me, have an option for returns/exchanges and warranties. They should advertise some of the prices online so you at least know what to expect. I definitely bought into the Instagram hype on this one. If you're expecting luxury furniture store prices but without the usual guarantees and services, this "sale" is for you."

"We purchased a marble console and when we got home and opened the box it was broken. We reached out and Nicole responded and was so helpful! We went back in and were able to switch it for a piece that was intact. While we were there again we even picked up a few more pieces. They have a great selection and the staff is so helpful! We will definitely be back whenever they have another sale."

"Textures Warehouse is a great quality furniture warehouse. It has a variety of styles that will get your creative mind brewing. Make sure you go in with a tee shirt and shorts because it is pretty warm in the inside. At least you know the furniture can weather all temperatures. I really enjoyed my shopping experience."
