"The room we checked into had a non working AC and smelled terrible. We went to the front desk and spoke to Mrs Kim who was able to move us to a new room that was MUCH better. Aside from the room, the service was amazing. Specifically Mrs Kim. She went out of her way to ensure the new room was up to par, checked the ac personally for us, gave my kids some cookies, and had literally the best customer service skills of any front desk person I've ever experienced. She deserves a raise!"

"I stayed here in March upon checking in the lady at the front desk noticed I had 2 small children with me and have me some bubble bath for them to use but asked that I return any left overs. What she handed me was already an opened bottle, needless to say we didn't use it. We arrive at the room which the wifi did not work, but could not call the front desk because the phone in the room didn't work either. So I went to bathe the kids to find out there was no stopper for the bath tub. The walls were filthy dirty as well. I put the kids to bed and thought I would go take my shower to find that the toilet had urine all over the side of it and trash on the floor behind it. It was so nasty! The nightstand by the bed had never been wiped off it still had drink rings on them and the curtains in the room couldn't be closed because they were in shreds. Terrible place. I would have asked for another room but I wasn't waking 2 sleeping kids to do so, so I went and complained the next morning to which the manager was going to reach out to me. I have also left 2 more messages at this location for the manager and haven't heard from a sole. I have also contact Hiltons 800 number and opened a case and here we are 7 days later and have again heard from no one. I always stay at Hilton properties but this here may have been my last stay!"

"Overall I'd say my experience was good! The only issues I had were that my room on the ground floor seemed to have a "bent" door, with one side of it being a full inch above the ground, meaning that there was no real seal, so I could hear a lot of noise outside. Also there's a large bush right by the pool that as absolutely *swarming* with bees, to a point where you could hear them buzzing from several feet away. Other than those issues I really found no problem with it. 8/10"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn, Lafayette. The room was nice, cozy, and clean. Upon entering, we were greeted by Kimberly who was a perfect example of Customer Service at its finest. Kimberly was thoughtful, full of energy, and helpful with lots of general knowledge regarding the area. Even while she helped us, she took time to warmly greet everyone who entered with a personalized comment sure to elicit a smile. If Kimberly wasn't enough, the morning team was just as friendly, and the breakfast had enough variety for us to experience a hot tasty meal taking into account our food sensitivities."
