"Today we went to V Watts Furniture because the box on our electric recliners went out. Cost of repairs, part, time and trouble just didn’t seem worth it for our sofa unit since it had a lot of years on it and was starting to look bad. The problem was that we needed it ASAP with Christmas only a few days away. We were told it would be 3 weeks so we would have a packed house during Christmas with nothing to sit on because the recliners were left up and we couldn’t get them down. Julie was so helpful and was working with us to try and solve our problem. As it turned out the set we picked out they had in stock. It wasn’t the exact color but the one they had still worked well in our living room. So within 30 minutes she got everything setup up and 30 minutes later it was delivered to us by 2 great guys JJ and Chris that took out the old one and setup the new set. They were wonderful. So in less than a hour we bought it and had it in our living room. That was amazing. We can’t thank you enough my quest will be arriving tomorrow and we are ready. Thank you so much"

"Christine did a fantastic job with my purchase process. I called about a month ago to get prices for a bedroom suite. She worked with me and was very patient with me. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. I told her exactly what I wanted and she did amazing at getting the job done!! The delivery team also did a fantastic job on delivery. I will be coming back for more items real soon!! I debated for a few weeks on what I was going to do. When I finally made up my mind, she got the set ordered and had it delivered to me a week later!"

"I drove from New Orleans ( 2 hours total) to purchase a vanity. When I was sent pictures of the vanity it appeared to be in pristine condition, however that is not the case. I was sent pictures from the side where the mirror on the vanity appeared to be clear, however if you look straight in to it that is not the case. A straight on image that truthfully shows how the mirror is not clear would have been more realistic of the quality of the vanity. I do not feel valued as a customer who spent 100s of dollars and took time out of my work day to drive and retrieve it. And of course they had a no return policy once I purchased and sent the money. It should have at least been more affordable and the seller could have been much more honest with me."

"Went to V. Watts. Stayed there about 2 hours and brought, sofa, chair, 2 lamps and 2 end tables. They was so helpful with me. Great place to shop and great service. The delivery men put it in place and made sure everything was right before they left."
