Holiday Inn Express Donaldsonville, an IHG Hotel

"Let's say there's not much to choose from. Someone should let the franchise know they are not following the Holiday Inn guidelines. Check-in was fine. They upgraded my room being a platinum me.ber. The tv would not change channels. Notified receptionist follow morning. She assured me it would be looked at. The room was never visited, and there are no fresh towels as usual Holiday Express motels. The receptionist assured me i needed to ask for room service. The ice maker on the 4th floor is bad, and it looks like it has been broken for some time. Every breakfast at other Holidsy Express I've had had biscuits and gravy, not sure if this is usual guidelines Wait to see if for follow-up Post review. The manager was very apologetic. Fixed my tv on the third day. He said he applied 15000 points, which I have not received yet. It's been 7 days. I have 14 days no points, i guess he didn't do It"

"Decent hotel what you would expect for a Holiday Inn Express. The hotel has a free basic breakfast. There is limited cleaning service for your room. We stayed 4 days and no one cleaned our room or emptied our trash. There is a serious safety hazard with the shower; it becomes extremely slippery once the floor is wet. The hotel should add some texture strips or switch out the entire floor. It’s very dangerous and somebody can get seriously injured."
