"Dimly lit, super sketchy. I would stay in a pinch, but I would pick a motel over this. Breakfast was ok. When I walked around the outside of the parking lot to my room, there was 0 light. Random cars parked everywhere in sections of the hotel that were shut down. Trailers full of construction stuff abandoned here and there with no illumination. The room was ok, the noise from the highway is incredible. One ice machine on the 2nd floor and the elevator is broken and the stairs are rusting away and you can see through them. I wasn't looking for an adventure, I was looking for a good night's sleep. Again for 60$ in a pinch I would stay again , but they have way too many places to stay than this section 8 hotel."

"We called ahead of time to see if early check in was allowed and to inquire about prices/incidentals. I was told that if I reserve the room online that I would be charged an additional $150 for incidentals, but if I checked in in person with my debit card that she would just use my debit card on file for the incidentals, which I thought was great to avoid the fee. Check in was a little lengthy because she had to go and inspect our room for us, but took about 20 minutes total and when she returned, it only took about 5 minutes to do the paperwork and get checked in. We inquired about laundry services and she told us that it is located on the second and third floor and that all laundry services are free. We got into our room and was pleasantly surprised! The room is large with a living room area, a refrigerator, a microwave, coffee pot, full size mirror, and a very comfortable bed with a 55 inch television. The room seems to be newly renovated with new carpet. The living room area and the bedroom area is separated by a bar. There’s plenty of closet and cabinet space. The water gets very hot very quickly. The courtyard and pool area is beautiful and well-maintained. We will return! Thank you!"

"I just want to say that my mom's kids and I had an overnight girls trip 11-17-23 and we stay in the comfort suites on bluebonnet in Baton Rouge. It was a nice room and everyone very friendly. Leslie in the dinning room/kitchen was AWESOME. I have been watching for servay email to come but never got in. The hotel is under rentavation but just on the outside and we never heard them working. Rooms are newly remodel and nice. Would recommend!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! If you value your safety and health please I’m begging. We were put in a room that was still under “renovation”. Paint on the carpet and all. If your hotel is under construction the room should not have ppl in it. I’m sure we were inhaling paint and all kinds of other chemicals. But the worst part is the door did not lock properly. Someone attempted to enter our room early morning. They didn’t call out who they were. They only stopped because the latch was locked. I’m unsure if this hotel has HUMAN TRAFFICKING issues but just take your money elsewhere! I told the front desk about the issues and they said the manager would call. After not hearing from the manager that day I attempted to call the number in the reservation and the number was disconnected. The manager called the next day saying that they were off that day. The hotel refused a refund even after speaking with the manager about the terrible issues with the room. We were two women in a room that was very clearly unsafe. I would hate for the next person attempt to stay there and end up in the news."
