"Clean rooms, excellent staff, great rates!!!"

"Stopped in the area for one night. The woman at the counter was sitting playing on her phone barely acknowledged me when I came in. Prices were higher in person, so I booked using a 3rd party. I had to ask her several times to check for my reservation. After about 10 minutes of waiting, she gave us our room key. The whole hotel area smells of pot and cigarette smoke, including the non-smoking room. Floor is carpet, bedding had smoke holes and stains. Water was hot. However, the pressure was extremely low. Phone numbers written all over the walls, cigarette burns on furniture, sink and bedding. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable enough to get plenty of sleep, with no bugs in the room. Plenty of TV channels and a Domino's Pizza within walking distance."

"Dirty, moldy ceiling, towels, sheets, bedspread. Hair and dirt in shower stall and refrigerator. The health department needs to come and close this place down. Stay away it is awful! Girl at front desk very rude and not helpful. They keep my phone charger."

"Western Inn- Bakar City, LA 70714 (2090 Main street) : I booked this hotel for 7 nights. Please find my experience below: 1. When we check in in the hotel, they allotted a room, door of that room was already open, Dust bin in not cleared, TV was open, Beds are very very dirty, No toiletries. When I go back to reception, they gave my another room. Quality of the room was also similar. 2. Room was very very Dirty. Carpet of the room very dirty and old. It seems they never clean it. 3. There was someone's hair in out bed, when I told that, they come to our room and change the bedsheets. When we ask for clean bedspread they told that they don't have extra piece. They can wash it. 4. There was absolutely no WiFi. When I told that, the lady on the front desk told that she can't do anything. Her behavior was very very rude. She was not in a mood to listen anything. She just started shouting. 5. I politely ask to amend my reservation, so that I can move to better hotel, She simply denied and told that "This is non-refundable" . She also suggested that, I can leave the hotel but they will not amend my booking. 6. Price of 7 Nights charged to 1178 USD (Approx). So don't think that, I was chosen cheapest hotels. 7. During checkout, I asked for invoice but same front desk lady told that they don't have any facility to provide invoice printout. I can see the printer, but she simply deny to give me a print out of my bill. When I requested , she started shouting and called someone over the phone and making fun of me, as if I was asking for something which they never heard of. If possible, I would given negative rating for this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Guys, Please don't waste you heard earned money. Their behavior is also "worst" . They never heard about the "Customer satisfaction". Last thing, quality of room was also very poor. comode was very dirty and not good. Water clogging problem in Bathtub. Bad smell everywhere in the room. I stayed in many hotels in USA and other countries, but this is my WORST experience. Horrible hotel."

"1. Although there is an open WiFi connection at the Inn it either does not work or will not connect regardless of how times you attempt to. 2. Quite a few of the rooms are stained and have cracks in the wall. 3. The water tastes foul. I am not sure what is wrong with it, but it caused me and another to have a sickly reaction after drinking. Resulting in painful vomit. 4. The Inn seems to be low on towels more often than not. 5. The fire alarms are broken(?), no longer in the rooms. This is a large safety violation from what I can tell. You can ban smoking in your resident, however, fires can still start and it is basic safety rights to for all guests to be able to have a warning for if one does. 6. On more than one (1) occasions bugs have been spotted inside the rooms. Whether this is due to the heat driving them in, or the cracks in the wall allowing them in it is quite unpleasant."
