"The 2 ladies that work in the day and night were very nice and helpful Ms. Britt and Ms. Amy . Graveyard shift were not as helpful I tried to pay for my room again but the girl wouldn't take my payment ,then had to drive 6 hours home while on the phone with hotel customer service going back and forth with them . It wasn't until I got home @11 ( mind you I left at 5:30 am) till I finally talked to a lady that resolved everything. The washer and dryer didn't work properly and then was broke . It didn't have breakfast as was stated on website ,no ice , rooms were clean though."

"****DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL**** First of all…. It is nothing like it looks on line. At all. It’s suppose to be NON SMOKING & It smells like a 70 year old bar in the room. The bathroom was nasty & had not been cleaned-ever. There was blood splatter on the walls of the bathroom where someone was shot in there. You won’t get your money back, so don’t ask. Horrible. I wasn’t there long enough to take pictures or I would post them. I know, no pictures, it didn’t happen. I guess, Go see for yourself."

"rooms were horrible and full of mosquitos. I paid for and reserved my room online in advance, and explained to the person booking it for me that i was working night shift and would be checking in late. Upon arrival, they had given my reserved, PAID FOR room to someone else, and i had to take a room that had a broken sink and was full of mosquitos. The mosquitos were due to their unmaintained green cesspool of a swimming pool that was directly in front of my room, being a breeding ground for mosquitos. So every time you open the door mosquitos would bombard the room. The blankets on the rock hard bed were as thin as sheets as well, and the NO SMOKING ROOM I reserved absolutely reeked of cigarettes. The toilet in the room was also broken and constantly ran. Try day sleeping as hard as that is with the traffic noise due to the paper thin walls and a toilet that constantly runs water all day and night. The day staff desk clerk was just plain rude like she hated her job and didn't want to be there and was very short and rude any time i would ask for anything, which they never had. She acted like i was disturbing or bothering her for even asking. IN SHORT, WORST HOTEL AND STAFF IVE EVER STAYED AT, and i work turnarounds, so i stay in a lot of different hotels. I WOULD NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN ! Other than the location be easily accessible and close to my work, i would rate a zero if it was possible. I would not even allow my family to come visit me there because there is NO WAY I would have them in those conditions !"

"I requested a non smoking double bed room, and was given a single bed and smoking room after being told to come back after 3 PM for a room that met my requests. When asked if I would be reimbursed for not getting what I paid for I was told that there’s nothing they could do about it. The room was poorly maintained and the toilet paper had wha my appeared to be dead bugs in between the sheets. Would not recommend."

"I walked into the lobby and was accosted by the pungent and palpable stench of moldy bed sores. Willing to hope that this abomination remained confined to that unfortunate space, I was prepared to quickly check in and get out of there so I can get to my room, swab my nostrils with bleach, and lay in bed, when I was instead informed that my reserved, non-refundable room had been sold to someone else. Although I had told the front desk earlier in the day that my partner is sensitive to tobacco smoke, they tried to put me in a smoking room. I tried to cancel my reservation through Expedia, and even though I had purchased trip protection, I wasn’t allowed to do it. I tried to get the front desk to cancel my reservation directly, but the clerk doesn’t possess the basic communication skills requisite to such employment. I settled for a verbal confirmation that I wouldn’t be billed and quickly exited to avoid adding the smell of vomit to the gaseous funk, solely for the sakes of future unfortunate travelers. Having not felt assured by his assurance, I locked the credit card I used for booking, and sure enough, the hotel attempted to fully charge me the following morning as a “no-show” After sitting on the phone with Expedia for over half an hour, I was told that I’d have to take it up directly with the hotel manager. I’m sure I’ll be spending the next several days trying to sort that out. I would only recommend these accommodations for on-duty hazmat crews, people with covid-induced loss of smell, and gluttons for punishment. Save yourself."
