"I was so impressed with the staff and the imaging machine for my mammogram. My doctors are in Lake Charles and new to the Grand Coteau area I opted to have my mammogram done at OGH Imaging on Oct 3, 2023 instead of LCMH Women’s Campus. As requested, They mailed my records to OGH Imaging for comparison on Oct 4. Now it is Oct 12 and OGH says no records received. When calling OGH, I am left on hold. Medicare and my ins company will only pay for one Mammogram a year. I should have made the drive to LCMH! I am very anxious every year for the results of my mammogram and holding my results “hostage” is unfair!"

"I was very nervous about getting my first MRI for my lower back pain. Staff there was incredibly professional, helpful, and very warm and welcoming. The doctor's bedside manner, when I went back to get the scan done, was 10 out of 10. The staff, along with the doctors mannerisms made what could have been a very scary first time experience, much more relaxed, and almost pleasant. I wouldn't consider getting an MRI a pleasant experience, but they definitely make it as pleasant as possible! Patient Comfort seems to be their number one concern. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs this done"
