H-E-B Curbside Pickup & Grocery Delivery

"You can't beat curbside service at h.e.b. just sit and wait and pop your truck."

"This is a very helpful service for people who have difficulty walking. However whoever designed the parking lot for this really missed the mark. A lot of people here drive trucks, as I do.. First the parking spaces are too narrow. Second the space in between the store side and the other side is too small. If there are a lot of people trying to pick up their groceries it's a major challenge to get into a space. Then when they bring your order out the space between vehicles is tight and it's difficult to put the order in. The young people working there do a fantastic job. Thirdly the workers have to go to the far end of the sidewalk to get down the ramp to the level of the parking lot. All of these things cause the entire operation to take longer than it should. It's not like there was not ample space to make the whole thing larger either. There is a lot of unused land that could have been used. They pinched pennies and built small. It's a shame."

"I started using this service during the pandemic. I can't imagine ever going back to the "old way". The workers are incredibly friendly and nice. My bread is never smashed. One more reason to love HEB."
