"I shop HEB on very rare occasions. I brought my Mom. HEB was my favorite store until they closed the Lucas location. Kroger has the BEST prices if you use the free membership card, and you save on gas at the same time. They have good gas and competitive gas prices. But, whenever I do go to HEB on College, there's always the same weird female standing in front of the store sometimes smoking most times pretending to smoke a cigarette during exercises and stretches that could be considered provocative because she always has on short shorts she sits there and does all sorts of things and I figured today that she must be undercover cop because nobody tells her she can't smoke there and lo and behold I see her go and get into a car that's parked in the spot that says Enforcement Officers only however she acts so weird and the way she walked to the car was a spectacle in itself either she's a bad undercover cop or she seriously ill but she's always at that HEB anybody else noticed her"
