(unfairly) i wonder how many are because people are fasting & hangry! while in the clinic, i heard an interaction that could have resulted in another. a seasoned employee, with good listening skills, intervened. in general, we need to be more considerate of one another. i was treated very well. honestly, besides the discomfort of waiting while blood was drawn, there was absolutely no pin prick or pain of any kind. impressed, impressed, impressed -- in a good way!"

"The only reason I gave it one star is because I couldn’t give it zero. I had an appointment the directions were sent the day before and confirmed by my doctor. I get there, check in, and get called fairly quick. Then I’m told they don’t have any paperwork for me and tell me I have to wait outside in the waiting room. I called my doctor and confirmed again that the fax was sent and then it shows they received it. but, they still don’t show it and I get them on the phone with my Nurse and the ladies room tour, and she had been asked three times to give a direct fax number, and my nurse would send it to her. I finally had to insist on a direct fax number, which she gave to the nurse and 40 minutes later they say they still don’t have it. Totally rude people and unprofessional."

"Seems like I've had to come here often the last few years. To check my glucose while I was pregnant, brought my grandpa here for labs, and my 2 year old son. Everyone here is so kind and caring. I've always thought so, but my latest experience with the staff convinced me I should write a review. I had to bring my son today for his 24 month labs. Of course I wasn't looking forward to him having blood drawn. He's needed it done in the past at the ER and it was an awful experience. It was nothing like that at quest. These ladies worked together. They worked quick and efficiently. One lady helped me hold my tot, one was trying to comfort and distract him, and the last drew his blood. She was able to tap his vein on the first go. She was so precise and caring. All of these awesome ladies were. I know it seems like I'm making a big deal out of nothing (maybe), but imagine if every establishment operated the way this staff did today."
