"It’s the worse hotel I ever been, the elevator is out of order and they put me in a smoke room however I’m not smoker, the toilet is full of bugs and the front desk man is so rude, I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone.."

"Trucker central as this hotel is next to a truck stop with a lot of parking. I have no problem with that but it’s not for me, being a solo woman traveler. Drunk and loud guests most of the night I could hear through the window. I know management can’t help this but it’s just what it is. The room was the worst moldy and musty smell I’ve ever encountered! I had issues breathing the day after. Lamps and other furnishings were rusting including the corners of the bathroom walls. Corner wall caved in I touched it and it was soft….mold! HVAC ran the entire time, you could see outside on both sides of HVAC, no wonder the humidity and mold issues! The chair and ottoman were covered in disgust there was not way I was using it. Sheets did seem clean and bathroom overall okay. Water was hot and the shower head was a nice addition. Everything else in room worked. Large gap at bottom and side of guest room door. I always enjoy BW hotels but this one needs some maintenance and TLC. Staff was very friendly at check in. Wasn’t asked about my experience at check out ….didn’t ask to move rooms as I expected them all to be just as musty smelling. Lobby was clean and outside and all public areas. Just not my cup of tea when choosing a hotel."
