She took time to explain the different kinds of mattresses and then gave us some time and space to feel the different kinds and then ask questions. Furthermore, she showed us and let us feel what the adjustable bases could do. I have no physical pain in my body but she put us in the adjustable beds and let us feel what the various positions could offer. The comfort level was off the chart!
