"Rooms are very clean no odors of any kind has a nice fragrance as you come into the room pretty big TV for Netflix and YouTube built into the LG TV air conditioning unit is quiet. Front desk was easy to deal with and had no issues of any kind fast service and check in I stayed in the 4th floor room 420 is really nice two double Queens beds are not soft and not firm somewhere in between"

"Had to make an unexpected stop due to the weather and this hotel was the closest in the distance. My stay was amazing and I enjoyed the customer service, breakfast, and cleanliness of the hotel. I travel a lot and stay at the best hotels across the south but I appreciated the amazing service I received from this hotel. My room was clean, I just wished for updates, but everything else was just what I paid for."

"Shelby at the front desk was awesome. It's rare to find someone who is polite, chipper and who likes their job. I hope management treats her well. The room was very nice. I Just may consider changing from Choice Hotels"

"Love staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites. They have the best breakfasts that are included with your stay. Not a big fan of the metal bases on the beds. They make way too much noise and the corners when they are exposed are very sharp. Getting to it wasn’t very hard as well right off the exit."

"When I made the reservation I gave them the city I live in. When I get there they asked me if I had a driver's license with a different city on it. I told them no. They said since I live local I would have to put a $250 deposit down, because parents are renting rooms for their children and destroying them. I do not have kids that age nor would I rent a hotel room for them to destroy. They could have warned me about the deposit. I was not prepared to pay that. So I recommend you do not try staying there if you live local.. I see Jennings will be adding a new nice hotel and maybe that one will be more accommodating."
