"Nice hotel! I was a little disappointed, and I didn't get a room with a view of the ocean!"
"I don't know if it is because the room was comped, but housekeeping was severely lacking. There was no effort to dust anything. The headboard, nightstands and chrome fixtures were filthy. Floors did not appear to be vacuumed. The bathroom was the only area that was somewhat clean. This is the third time this year we have had this issue. I was hopeful it would have been resolved since I responded to a survey and received a very nice response that the problem would be addressed. I love Coushatta, but Seven Clans needs to take cleanliness seriously."
"Rooms were very maintained. Wish I could have stayed longer but overall nice hotel. The casino was right around the corner."
"I decided to take my kids here on their day off. It was not to gamble, but to take advantage of their lazy river and slides, and pool amenities. Unfortunately, after a two hour trip, checking in, and putting on our swimsuits and going back to the lobby, we were informed that the pool was closed. I asked why and they said it was off-season. This was in the middle of September and it was almost 90° outside. Iām giving him four stores, because after espresso my desire for a refund, the process was fairly seamless. I did have to call back three or four times, because it was a little complicated due to it being through a third-party. However, they were polite every time and worked with me to resolve the issue provided my refund quickly."
