"Delivered the wrong mattress, lied about it, finally agreed that they were wrong; took them only a week and a half after I'd paid them a lot of money. The manager said he'd made "a boo-boo." I won't give them the chance to make any more. Delivery men rude and careless."

"My wife was looking for a new living room set and we had looked at a few other places and decided to stop in to see what they had, the salesman was extreme helpful and she found exactly what she was looking for thanks for the great service."

"Sofa and love seat came unthreaded,brought another one. That came unthreaded again!!!! When we went back a second time, we were treated very rudely, condisiding. They blamed on our senior dogs which did NOT apply. Never,ever again!!!! My family has been in business in Acadiana for 60 yrs. I know what good service looks like. This country is so sad! Co.s today dont want repeat business"

"Damaged new walls in home with new furniture. Careless delivery people. Didn't have all tools. Had to borrow. Never apologized. Store manager could care less what happened. Even owner was called. Maybe a lawyer and judge would change their attitude and minds. Their insurance should pay them back after they take care of this . Will leave review wherever i can. I will get what's fair. Not waiting or getting estimate. They know i am right. I want to continue moving back in my house after being out of my house since may 17, 2021 flood in lake Charles. Maybe now they will understand my anger. Will never use Brown's furniture in Eunice again."
