"Very nasty, very rude. They turn the water pressure and water heat down being cheap. Bugs in the room. If any review says it’s anything more than 1 Star it’s them with fake accounts. Yea you get what you pay for but that doesn’t mean people should have to be somewhere that they could get sick, bitten by bugs or take roaches or bed bugs back to your home from traveling. Car got the window broke and broke in. Told them that I had bugs in my room and they refused to move me to a cleaner room. Terrible period"
