"This place was horrible!!! Drove 2 hours to get there and when we arrived our room wasn't ready for our check in time at 3p.m. We were told that the people before us tore the room up because they got put out and that it will take about 2hrs to clean. No one never called us and said the room was ready we called them at about 7:30 p.m. When we arrived people were hanging on the hallways , puppies were running through the hallways into the office. We went up to our room and there were no soap, one roll of tissue that was gone by the morning. Only two towels and we were told we had to wait until the next morning for towel because the office closed at 10 p.m. I woke up around 8a.m. and went to ask for towels and was told none were in the back they were going to bring some to the room. That never happen. We actually had to go out and buy soap, tissue and towels. That's horrible to come from out of town and book a room that has nothing you need. My kids were disgusted by the appearance and so was I. Please find another hotel because this one is ran horrible to me. They don't deserve any stars. I had to give them one"

"The experience was horrible. I booked online through Priceline. When I arrived at the room it wasn’t ready and I was told to come back in 2 hrs. or sit in another room that was not clean. People were hanging out in the hallway with pets and having loud conversations. The room didn’t have towels, tissue, or soap. The front desk shut down at 10p so I couldn’t get any of those necessities until the next day. The entire hotel smelled smoking. It was more like an apartment building in the hood than an upscale hotel. I will never stay there again. The queen size beds looked more like full size. I’ve never be so unpleased……. I rate this location as unkept and unsatisfactory."

"Tamaya was amazing. She swiftly checked me in, while thoroughly informing me of the many amenities the property has to offer. Upon entry, the room was clean and equipped with a full size refrigerator, two-burner stove and large microwave. Convenient location provides easy access to Walmart, Home Depot, Ollie's, Michael's, Academy and a Cinemark Movie Bistro, all within a mile of the property, plus ample dining choices within the same range."

"Save yourself the headache, do not come here. Bugs, dirty shower head, dirty walls, uncleaned sheets. Questionable people hanging in the lobby and outside, the smell of the whole hotel is horrible. Checked in at 9 pm had to switch rooms because the ac was not working, after being put in the second room I just left the same night. Nobody answered the front desk phone. I want a refund !! Also the health department needs to do a checkin for the mold inside the building !"

"I checked in on a Monday. I was scheduled to stay for a week and paid for that entire week. When I arrived to my room the second day all of my personal belongings were thrown out in the hallway so anyone who chose to could grab what they wanted. I had several brand new FR $100 dollar shirts taken while my stuff was out in the hallway. The hotel had checked me out of the room on there own and checked someone else into my room. The front desk clerk told me she couldn’t help me and I had to wait to speak to the manager in the morning leaving me without a room. I had to find another hotel and get another room even though I had already paid for a week. I travel for work and have done so for 18 years. I have stayed in very many hotels all over the country and this is 100% by far the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at."
