"The room was dirty, hair all in the bathroom, floor was filthy. My wife swept and moped before we unpacked and the swiffer pad was black. Day 2 we seen roaches. We had the room reserved for a month and planned to reserve it longer. Trenika the manager was so rude. When I asked for a refund she told me, " you must have just lost your job and want more money.""

"The rooms have roaches. The rooms are not serviced. The linens are dirty. The staff is rude. It seems that the people that stay here are mostly undesirables. We were going to book multiple rooms for employees here but not under these conditions. Who knows what this stain was. Disgusting and nasty."

"I slept like a baby. The bed was high up but comfortable. There is an alarm clock and a bedside charging station for electronics. The heating/cooling system is first rate. The shower/tub and toilet are adequate. You can ask for more linens at any time. I did not need the room cleaned during my 5-day stay, but the service is available for the asking. The front service desk closes at 8 PM; however, there is a 24-hour emergency number available for all residents. I appreciated how nice everyone was to me, enjoyed my stay, and told all my Lake Charles church friends about the place for future reference. I am low maintenance, so I don't need all the bells and whistles provided by the large-scale hotels."

"So I travel for a living and am away from 230 plus days a year, so when I needed a single night, I grabbed this. What a mistake. So, I make an online reservation. King bed late check in 10:30 to 11:00pm. I get called twice to confirm my schedule for the first time, same as above, and the second is like 10:45. Arrive at 10:35, and NO ONE IS THERE THE SHUTTER IS DOWN ON THE DESK !! Fortunately, a service guy is there he calls and gets someone to get a key; also, not the desk people and no King Bed, look at paperwork and yep charged for King. Like tobfixbthis but nope no countet help, They left! Ok, in the room, but I MUST RUN MY CARD in the morning, 0700. No one at the desk, i go to take a shower, and the tub is dirty. For what it is worth, and as a traveling construction guy, this may not be a bad place, full size fridge and two burner cooktop, but no coffee in lobby and zero service, just stay at another hotel, this brand has forgotten that they are in a servious industry."

"Upon walking into the room, we noticed the pillows on the bed were in a disarray. We thought it was odd and the room had a strange smell, like a wet odor. We informed the front desk lady and asked if we could change room as the bed linens did not appear changed and the pillows were moved without us touching them. They handed us linens to put on our own bed to change. Room comes with no basic toiletries even upon request so be aware of that. Floors were sticky and we did not want to walk barefoot. An uncomfortable experience after driving for hours. We feel as though fresh made linens is common sense when you book a hotel room."
