"I have stayed here several times when I am in lake Charles.. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. Location is great next to food, gas station and just a few minutes away from lake Charles. The front desk is friendly and helpful and reasonably priced. I recommend trying out this hotel when passing through"

"Me and my babies found ourselves in a tough time and have been staying here til we get into a place. The manager has been very sweet and helpful and welcoming and the cleaning ladies are AMAZING! The rooms were clean and VERY fair priced! Thanks for being great in a tough time!"

"So first of all, I tried calling the front desk and telling them our a/c was not working, and they just said all of the people were complaining because it was hot outside. Then, within the first hour of being there, we saw at least 3 German roaches. I feel terrible because I asked the guy I am seeing to spend a little extra since my son was going to be with us, thinking it would be an upgrade from the $50 hotels that I am familiar with around this area. However, it was disgusting. I had to clean the tub with the body wash that I brought. The hallway had a chemical smell, and I don't believe it was cleaning products. If the staff (including the manager) would have at least tried to fix the issue by giving us another room on a different floor, then at least it would have appeared that they tried their best. Even if they would have given some of the money back because German roaches are no joke and we had a lot of bags to bring back home. No telling what we have now!! However, they just said they would see about fixing the issue. How trashy and unprofessional."
