Heritage Place Hotel and Suites

"I travel a lot for work and that means I'm in a different hotel every night of the week. Out of all the places I stay at this hotel is my favorite. The girl who is always at the front desk when I get to the hotel in the evening is super sweet, and everyone else seems very decent. My favorite hotel."

"Not to far from interstate. Clean comfortable and priced right. Wish there was a sitting aree outside. Not far smoking but for relaxing. Drink some morning or evening coffee or tea. Yea that would be nice OK just been informed there is a picnic table outside the back door. Going now to check it out."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times. Most recently for 5 nights (checked out yesterday). It is in a good location. The rooms are always clean. The only issues we had this time were that- the water pressure in the shower was terrible (room # 212). We discussed it with the young lady cleaning & she said she would tell her manager, but it was not fixed while we were there. The breakfast choices are not very good, but at least they offer something. However, when contractors are filling their coolers with fruit & snack cakes (I assume to eat all day long), it does not leave much choice for the other guests. I know they need to eat, but maybe the attendant needs to be present to detour some guests taking too much,or keep it refilled better."

"The first night I came here, they had a problem with my card. I called my bank and it wasn’t them. You guys need to update your computers. Late at night, I’m going to atm’s to get cash out for the room and it was very stressful. The Breakfast wasn’t much. My ac cover kept on falling off. It is taped on and I never seen anything like that. The windows are dirty, looking at scenery. You need staff to hose it down or power wash it. I didn’t know how to use the small keurig and called downstairs and front desk is doing their best to answer the question. I don’t know if there is different coffee stuff in rooms but it felt like she didn’t know. I asked someone that was part of the cleaning staff, she was the best. She asked me if anyone showed me how to use it and nobody showed me anything. She came into my room and made the coffee. She was very informative. Next time I visit, I’m gonna look for her and ask her questions. Also when I checked out, they were having problems with the printer trying to print out the receipt. I was like, “I will wait here for this receipt."

"The rooms were magnificent down to the mints on the pillows. Spacious, clean and fully stocked bathroom. Shampoos, conditioners, and lotions. Plenty of plush towels. The only issue I had with the rooms at all was that our curtains were sheers and the drapery was only decoration and did NOT close at all so had I not used my work badge to clip the outer curtains closed when I was intimate with my significant other anyone walking past our first floor window would have seen us and that would have been incredibly embarrassing.Other than the curtains being sheers and no way to close the drapery I think my stay was worth every penny and I'd definitely stay again."
