"This place is a joke I know it old but the water is cold never got hot the place has odor had the buy candles and make sure you listen at check in about check out o. The door it say noon but they come to your room at 11am to kick you out and tell if you don’t leave they are going to charge you another day and call the police on you"

"The Front Desk person Michelle was amazing. However the rooms smelled horrible, the carpet stinks smelled unclean. Curtains torn, towel rack broken and hanging, walls and door handles were dirty, fan did not work in rest room. Tubs were dirty, room had not been dusted. Chairs and bed spreads had spots and stains. Bed blankets were torn and had holes in them. Shower head ring hanging off. Tub handle had black stuff around them. Terrible Terrible stay. Wyndham please do better. Not fit. I will try to attach pictures."

"I've stayed here twice, once in 2018 and again 2023. The only complaint I have is the room smelled old and musty (not the 2018 stay) and it definitely could use some renovations, I know they put new pictures on the wall and they have a cute little breakfast. But the smell of the room and the condition of the shower needs improvement. The staff was very nice and attentive and I would stay here again (in a different room)"

"Stay there 1 night. Got a room late at night and they were very accommodating. When we walked in the room, we couldn't work the TV. The guy at the front desk came and brought us a remote and took care of it right away. The rooms were clean. We slept well. Got up the next morning and they had a small breakfast items such as cereal, yougurt, danishes. Was able to have my coffee. Very happy"

"So the remote didn't work so we called. It seems like an easy fix, right? This penny pinching manager had the lady at the front desk call us back and tell us to "rub the batteries on paper." She was even embarrassed to tell me what that sorry excuse of a manager told her. Then, to top it off, I told her I wanted the manager to bring the new remote and/or batteries. The coward sends the front desk lady. She is an older lady who has no business walking up and down stairs. She was out of breath when she was at the door. I felt bad for her and wondered why this manager would risk sending her upstairs, I guess the manager would rather risk her safety than come up himself. This SORRY A$$ manager needs to stop watching tik tok or youtube and educate himself with a science book or any book really. I could post pictures of the violation of the room, but you the saying you get what you pay for "Wrong" ! You get what you deserve, and no one deserves this ridiculous amount of stupidity when you pay hard earned money. Raise your standards or get out of this business.
