"The hotel is run like they cannot afford to run a hotel. I had 5 pieces of sausage because I was low on cash for lunch and THEY DID NOT HAVE MEAT IN THEIR BREAKFAST FOR 4 DAYS. I asked why they did not have meat the first morning and the lady said "Well, SOME PEOPLE take 5 pieces of sausage. Dear Lord, I did not know that was a crime. Nothing but bad experiences at this location. The television did not work in my room and I asked them for a new TV. They MOVED MY BELONGINGS to another room without asking my permission. I ended my 30 day stay early and went to another hotel. These people were unprofessional. I had asked the cleaning lady to do my room while I was away. She literally YELLED AT ME across the lobby because "Come Back Here" like someone wanting to fight. I was going to work and she had already told me they ONLY clean rooms on a specific day that week and it did not matter when I was gone. If I was there when she was ready to clean it would not get done. Awful, Awful, Awful. I'm surprised Best Western lets them use their brand. This is the only reason my company booked me there."
"I had a very good experience. Read some bad reviews and asked to see a room before I booked. The lady at the front desk had no problem with it. Made me a key and let me go look. My room was fine and I had totally no complaints. Breakfast was just as good or better than other places I've stayed. The hot was hot and everthing was kept fresh and in stock on the breakfast bar."
