"This hotel was a life saver after I checked into a different hotel and had a horrible experience. Though this hotel was a bit more expensive it was so worth it to switch to Best Western, hotel was clean, they have a lot of amazing amenities and even free breakfast. I was overall very pleased with this hotel!"

"Please look at all the bad reviews in the last year. They charged me 139 before taxes and there was no hot water in the morning. I asked for something to be done to make up for no hot water and they did nothing. I was promised a manager would contact me in regards to the hot water and they did not. I am in the highest tier for BW and will contact corporate. I’ve stayed at a few and this was the worst. It’s clear this hotel is here to hustle people for max money and min service. Do not stay here."

"I would write no stars if I could! First I’m here on a local wildfire and they charged $167 a night for people on the fire. They have a really rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful manager named TY This guys charged my debit card 3 different times for 1200 and every time I tried to go get it fixed they sent me back to him and got my card charged again!! He was so hard to work with and super slow at getting anything handled. I spent a total of 2 and a half hours with him at his computer doing who knows what but obviously it wasn’t helping me because every time I had to go back to him to keep fixing all his mistakes I kept getting charged more and more!! I really think they need to hire someone with better costumer service skills, computer skills and someone with overall better management experience to be working as a manager in an establishment dealing with people and their money!"

"We booked for Thurs-Sat night for Pony Softball Regionals and WILL NOT stay here again. The room was dirty, we found medication on floor when entering room initially, room was musty with black flecks on bed, unfortunately it wasn't till the last day we looked closer at the AC unit after seeing more black and found mold on and in the AC vents, you can see it in the attached pictures. There were only 2 towels for a room that sleeps 4. On Friday housekeeping sort of cleaned and left us 1 towel, on Saturday housekeeping gave us 2 towels although we requested extra. We had to go to front desk and they were reluctant to give extra towels and toilet paper because they were short on them, the guy at the desk seemed bothered to have to accommodate. Despite a knock on the door at 9:00am by housekeeping asking if we needed service the room was not cleaned on Saturday. They did not empty trash from room, trash was moved to hallway after lunch on Saturday and remained there till Sunday morning. Another reason we will not stay here is that we were part of a larger group of 30+ families there for the tournament, one night the cops were called around 9:00pm because the parents were outside hanging out, cooking, and winding down. When the police arrived they seemed unsure why they were even called but they were polite and respectful about the situation. At roughly 9:30, our coach said we were instructed by the hotel management that if the kids were not in rooms and loud noises stopped immediately he would have us removed. Long story short, if your group wants an enjoyable stay at a place that is clean and values your business, I WOULD NOT recommend staying here."

"The staff is very nice and helpful and the rooms are good, although my mini-fridge had no freezer. The breakfast was good and changed daily. However, the hotel has gotten pretty expensive and is not as much of a value as it used to be."
