"Transaction Number 1095401602383339 Store 954 Register Associate 11108885 Andrea Date 10/21/2023 Time 11:13 AM. The cashier was not nice to customers, very rude, giving evil eyes, she made the shopping experience for the first time in Kirklands very uncomfortable. Also, besides not greeting and being courteous to customers, she was sick with a very nasty cough. She should not be working in Kirklands and should be replaced. She scared the customers in front of us. I will think twice before I shop in Kilklands again."

"I absolutely Love the store but everytime I walk into it I Never get a greeting but as soon as someone else behind me walk in they get a very cheerful one! Not only do they get a greeting but if there is a discount card with a percentage off I have to see someone receive one then I have to ask for one myself! I hate that part of my experiences at Kirklands! It's actually enough to make me stop shopping there!!!!"
