"I had a room booked and was unable to make my visit because of a family medical emergency. The owner was so understanding and very helpful in getting me a full refund even though I had booked through a 3rd party. If I have to stay in Jonesboro for any reason I would definitely book at the Budget Inn. This time I will book directly with the hotel. Highly recommend them!!!!"

"They are money hungry! And when you get to the motel check your room. They don’t care about their guest!! Just the money. They kept my money for two days that I didn’t stay. The Wife was already rude when I called in January about my reservation which I should’ve known not to stay then! And the husband called the cops because I contacted the 3rd party who I booked the room through. And Banned me from the motel for no reason!! They should be shut down!!!!"

"There are two motels in the town of Jonesboro. Budget Inn and Sleep Inn. Admittedly, Sleep Inn is newer and in better shape. But I have stayed at Budget Inn numerous times, and I've never had a bad visit. Nor have I stayed in a room that was unclean or in bad shape. Support a local business, while saving $30.00+ a night on a room. It's win win. While I haven't stayed at Sleep Inn, I have noticed that traffic is in and out of that parking lot all night long. Not only do you save money at Budget Inn, you get peace and quiet all throughout the day and night. Nice motel, nice owners, nice price!"

"On our reset we stopped in at this nice little Budget Inn Hotel in the town of Jonesboro LA, staff was super friendly, and helpful, Crystal the house keeper made sure we had all we needed. The owner was wonderful and made sure I could park my truck in a safe place. Quite clean and it has been updated since all the previous reviews. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"This place is GREAT!! We were here doing our reset and found this little place.. The owners were amazing!!! The rooms are very well maintained and they even accommodated our furry child!! If we have to do a reset here again, we will definitely be back!!"
