"This casino was very nice. It is clean and looks newer than a few we went to prior. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always there to assist. This is definitely worth your time to experience."

"I have never stayed Anywhere with service as horrible as this. We changed hotels 3 times because we wanted room service. The days we reserved didn't offer room service so we chance to the days that day. When we arrived, we were told there was no room service, they were short staffed and that was food service who was owned by another company so they couldn't do anything about it. We went to breakfast and I got coffee. I didn't see another person for 40 minutes. The restaurant has 2 tables. The supervisor who was helping cover had gone on break while the other employees sat at the front talking. The supervisor came back and asked why no one was working and they said or wasn't their table. She was apologetic, brought the food but it wasn't what I ordered, at all. I asked who I could speak with and she told me the manager of the hotel was here to go to the front desk and all for him. I went to the front desk and was told he wasn't there. She asked if I had an appointment. I said no, can I make an appointment and she said he didn't see the public. I asked for her manager. Again, not there and didn't know when she would be there and wasn't going to just give me her schedule. I got the number for the food service manager. He answered and said he would call me back in 10 minutes. That was 2 hours ago. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Patrons mean nothing."

"If I could give this hotel a zero I would but 1 is the lowest. My husband and I booked a king bed room for a wedding. They only had a double queen room available when we arrived. It was disgusting. The other couple we went there with had to switch rooms due to vomit and urine all over the floor and toilet. Our room had goop all over but we wiped up with Clorox wipes. We decided to stay in the room. Big Mistake!! Around 2am I jumped up as there was a bed bug next to my face. I made front desk aware of the issue showing picture and they acted as though it was no big deal. They said the security needed to do a sweep and provided me with a number of the manager telling me I had to call her. I have left 2 messages for her and have received no call back. I had to have all of our luggage steamed and dry cleaned all clothes in our luggage. We had to throw away what we were wearing in the room. Sure enough they billed me for the night. I had no place to go at 2 in the morning. We checked out along with the other couple. We scrambled to find another room and paid extra to stay in a Hilton. We got ready for the wedding within minutes of time. I will never ever stay at a Bally’s again if this is the way they treat their customers. I thought for sure they would have reversed the charge for that night."

"Do not stay here. Hands down the dirtiest hotel rooms we have ever encountered. We had multiple rooms and would have left the property had not everything else been sold out downtown. This hotel does not have any standard of cleanliness or quality. We had 2 rooms as I stated, and each had apparently never been vacuumed in years, there was pee and vomit on the bathroom floor and toilet, all surfaces were dirty and when wiped, the wipes were black. In one of our rooms we found a bed bug alive on the pillow. The front desk staff had varying levels of customer service, a few of which were downright rude. The security service to help investigate the bed bugs was impatient and rude and dismissive. This hotel should be shut down."

"As a casino this place is great but as a hotel it’s far from. We had to change rooms because the sink wouldn’t drain at all. In the second room there was basically no water pressure in the sink or shower, called them and then they came and fixed it but we still had to wait 5/10 min for the water in the shower to heat up every single time. The rooms weren’t that clean either and the windows were filthy. Rooms are larger than a usual hotel room tho. The service and staff were amazing, everyone was super friendly and willing to help but the rooms themselves were a major letdown. There is a hotel policy that they won’t clean the room or bathroom until you check out which was shocking to me even after requesting it multiple times."
