"The service department here does good work. I bring two Toyotas here regularly. If you're looking for an amazing service advisor, Mason is there to take care of you. Five stars for him every time. Appointments can sometimes run long, so I'm always sure to bring a book or some work with me. (They have free wifi that works.) Today's service took a lot less time than I figured, though, so you never know. My one complaint is that they do charge extra if you pay with a credit card. I can understand Mom & Pop shops doing that, but for a car place, where certain repairs can naturally be pretty expensive, it only makes sense to allow credit card purchases with no additional fee. That's the main thing I'd change. But again, the work is done well. I've never had to bring in a vehicle because the problem was misdiagnosed or not fixed correctly the first time."
