"It's clean, organized nice staff. Just know it is very warm in there (very uncomfortable...in my opinion) Not sure why. It's a nice size establishment yet to be explored by me because it's too warm. But if you know what you want it is a quick in and out."

"Terrible policies at this store. No refunds or exchanges and this policy is not flexible at all. They don’t care about the costumers and the owner refused to talk to me. I bought hair and within an hour decided on a new style that required different hair. I tried to return not realizing the policy, which they do not announce upon purchase. There are signs posted but I did not notice these. The hair I tried to return was unopened and I had my receipt. A no return policy at is unannounced and inflexible and poor treatment of costumers is unfair and poor business etiquette. I will not be spending another penny in this store. These policies show that the business does not respect the community it serves and does not wish to have any positive relationship with the community only an exploitative one. A refund on unopened product is a reasonable request and I believe this “all sales final” policy stems from racist assumptions about Black costumers. (Of course opened merchandise cannot be returned). I will not be shopping here again for any other store with this policy and will urge others to do the same. Don’t disrespect the communities you profit from!!!"

"The old owners were way better. I came in looking for clip ins, i told the woman working there it didn’t matter what color because i was dying them, she assisted me. I got home 5 mins later and realized she gave me kaneklon extensions , which cannot be dyed. I brought the unopened packages back, and she called the owner only to say there’s no exchanges or returns on anything. If the employee knew what she was doing and gave me the right thing in the beginning i wouldn’t have had any issue. I will not be returning ."

"OMG!!! they got everything. prices are good and cheap. The owner is very nice. Store looks so neat and clean. lots of new products and even clothing. One stop shop. they made me a good day. love it."

"I mainly go here for quick runs for shower caps, spray bottles, and etc. I would honestly say that they are not really nice at the register. Their hair products seem to never change or move often, and they do not have a wide selection like most beauty supply stores around the area do. I can say that I have had pleasant shopping experiences here. I don't feel like I'm being stalked as I shop for my hair care and beauty needs when I walk the aisles."
