"If I could give no stars I would. I was referred to Bertot’s by a family member and was excited to finally get in contact with them to my an appoint after several tries with now answer. I called in this past Friday to set up an appointment for today. I gave the receptionist my phone number, we set up my appointment for today at 3:30p and I was told that I would receive a confirmation text, she seemed nice but a bit rushed. I never received a confirmation text but realized today around 10am that I needed to reschedule to this Thursday. I spoked with the lead electrolyist, to request a rescheduled appointment.. and told her that I never received a confirmation. Before even asking for my name she told me that I would owe her for rescheduling, that there was a 24 hour window to do so... I apologized but told her that I wasn’t told that there would be any consequences... There are no hours of operation listed so I also wasn’t aware that I could call on a Sunday. She finally asked for my name. I asked her why there was no confirmation sent she said that my number was unlisted or incorrect. WTH! No. I would have just appreciated a real answer like I’m sorry we didn’t text you with more information regarding your appointment. Because I didn’t think that a rescheduling fee that I wasn’t informed about wasn’t fair, she told me I would have to find someone else. I would only advise anyone to patron this company if they like being lied to."
