"Borrowed a tractor from them for a job and found after I got it out to the jobsite it had a flat tire and a hydraulic leak, which made the backhoe unusable. After calling the office was told to call a number on the tractor for service. Number not on tractor, returned it to the office and asked for a refund as I was unable to use the tractor and was told I am being charged for four hours of use."

"Should put zero stars, renter beware! If you rent somthing from them and go over by just an hour they will charge you for the whole day. How 5 hours equals 14 or 24 will never make sense to me. However not spending another red cent with these thiefs does make sense. Renter beware!"
