"The manager is great and the bulbs are well maintained and hot. Sadly, the rest of the staff are a buzz kill and they do not clean the beds. Having managed tanning salons in my younger years, that is a huge no no! You have to clean the top shields and you have to clean your stand up beds after each use, which they do not! Constantly there is other peoples hand prints and butt prints on the shields. I know they are not cleaning the bottom where you stand if they aren't cleaning the shields. Best way to get a foot infection!!!! They don't even clean the lotion splatter on the walls. Always seem so bored, maybe they should be cleaning to earn their pay. I wish they had a lay down high pressure. Who wants to relax in a stand up? Not to mention a DIRTY one!!!!"
"Halee is amazing! From the first moment I walked in to ask questions about memberships, I knew I’d love it. I ended up signing up right there. She goes above and beyond! The team here in Gonzales is absolutely fantastic!"
"Please read ALL of the fine print when you purchase a membership. I went into the establishment to physically put in writing that I wanted to cancel my 2 yr membership (after my 2yrs was up in July) and still got charged for 2 months after. One lady told me that because I went in after the 1st of the month (August) to cancel that I would be charged for the following month (September). October comes around and I got charged AGAIN. I called Planet Beach for a week and left messages for a manager to contact me. No one ever contacted me. I finally got a hold of a manager and she tells me that they continue to charge you 60 days after you cancel your membership. Not to mention the reason I canceled was because i'm in the military and relocated. I will not refer this place to anyone."
