"The only reason I’m giving a 5 star is because there’s nothing higher. Customer service is out of this world. The order I placed was supposed to have a piece of cake that came with the meal. Tomé accidentally forgot to place the cake with the order. Honestly, I had forgotten about the cake. BUT Ms. Gloria immediately called me after I left and wanted my address so she could deliver it herself. She insisted that she brought it to me. She did exactly that… in her personal vehicle. Folks, this is why you shop local. Big chain restaurants could NEVER. And I will add the food was wonderful. Thank you guys for making your customers feel important. It definitely made a difference to me."

"This is a great place to have catering or just get a drink. The Vanilla Tea is out of this world and the people who work for the TOME in Lufkin are absolutely wonderful. Your company is very fortunate to have people like Arlene and Stephanie working for you. My husband was in the ER at Woodland Heights and I purchased a Vanilla tea which was great. The machine acidently charged me for a sandwich I did not get and I want you to know that Arlene and Stephanie at Tome' Lufkin took care of a reimbursement for me immediately and were so apologetic. I will always appreciate their help and respect. Tome' is a great place to get food and drinks. I give them 5 stars."
