"I love Dr. Gentile, she takes great care of her patients & goes above & beyond to make sure they’re okay. However, Heather is very dismissive of symptoms you may be experiencing. 11 days after having a c-section (3rd c-section) I’m still experiencing pain, which is normal, so i requested a refill on the pain medication I was prescribed. I was told to come into the office in order to get the help I needed. She sent me in for an ultrasound & did not call me back with results, did not call me to let me know how I can manage my pain, it was as if I was an addict. (RIDICULOUS)..She didn’t let me know that she wouldn’t be able to refill my ibuprofen or acetaminophen nor did she give me advice on how to the manage the pain, I felt I was being treated as if I was fabricating the amount of pain I was in. I had to call the office the next day, and Heather directed me to the emergency room instead of advising me on safe ways to manage the pain I was experiencing while breastfeeding. Very dismissive. Very cruel. I don’t recommend her care to anyone."
