"I made a purchase online to pick up my order up at the store. I met the rudest employee possible. She didn't greet me and did not check my order that was bagged up for pickup. I noticed a purse that I didn't order on the top so I asked if they substituted it or what. She explained her manager did it and no it wasn't a substitute. So at this point I'm thinking they are not thorough so let me check and make sure my order is correct. That's when I discovered I was missing a purse. I informed her, she said oh we probably gave u a refund for it cause we don't have it. As she continued helping other customers. I went around the store found the handbag she said was out of stock showed it to her. Her response ook. No apology nothing. Her name is Tracy McDonald. Fast forward to a week ago I entered the store to return makeup. The manager informed me I would have to get a gift card because it's been over 30 days. I informed her that the policy on the receipt says 60 days and that would be February 14. She then starts doing the refund. She informs me she doesn't have cash, it has to be on the card. I unfortunately had left my card so I had to drive back to Zachary get the card and then return it. The manager was gone by then. The employee there was nice but not trained on how to process an online order she had to call her manager. The manager had to walk her through it. Being in management you are a reflection of your employees and vice versa. Please do better! I will never return to this store ever again!"

"I came in to buy some things for my 4 year old Niece, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted very warmly by miss Trazen, she proceeded to tell me about the deals they had going on, as well as helping me pick things out that she thought my niece would like. She asked questions that made it easier to figure out what I was looking for and was overall very insightful. I also asked about the piercings, she didnt hesitate to guide me over to the piercing area and walk me through all my options. It's safe to say I will be returning!"

"First time to this mall and this Claire's. My 8year old picked an item from the clearance rack. That had a separate "Sale tag" showing "originally $19.99 sale price $6". Additionally there was a clearance sticker showing $10. When I questioned to $11 price it rang up as, showing the sale tag. The lady with the purple hair said the sale tags are left on while looking extremely irritated we asked. I discretely told her she didn't need to be rude about it, but we weren't interested in buying it for that. She disagreed and walked away. Customer service shouldn't look like that in a children's store with a child paying. I suggest a Walmart Claire's instead, they honor their prices, offer help, and are polite. Wouldn't suggest help from the lady with purple in her hair if you go here, she's clearly not enjoying her job."
