"Hello My Name is Terri and I had a bad experience with Mr. Charles Browning on Friday June 4, @9am. one of the Workers went to rent a machine for a project, the lady in the front attending was very rude to him from the beginning. I think the reason is because he was not able to express himself good in English. When he called me to pay as we normally do over the phone, Mr. Charles was already mad, I asked him a few routine question about the invoice, so I can pay with the right card from the company. Mr. Charles immediately started screaming at me for no reason. So calmly I ask why are you screaming at me. he screamed and said AM NOT SCREAMING, I asked him if I can speak to his Manager, he said scream I am the manager. I said Ok, I need the PO name on the receipt for the records and to pay with right card. any way I proceeded to pay and finalize the rental. and told him to have a great day! I believe this was a racial thing and then he took it out on me too."
