Reviews
"Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service! My contractor was on another job site in Baton Rouge and couldn't get anyone on the phone to place an order and purchase Roll Cote . I went into the store with my contractor on the phone and was told he not only had to call again but he had to be there to pick up the product even if it was paid for. This held up my project for 3 days when my contractor had a crew waiting to finish the job."
"No overnight parking. Get there 11.40pm, got door right way. Parking is little tight"
"Do not even go here! Looking at the building Shipping is on Right 5 docks and receiving is the 1 to the Left. There are 2 docks for receiving but they want you in the hard back no room dock only. You gotta back from the street and hope you don't hit anything or anyone. If you got a sleeper truck with 53 foot trailer good luck. I delivered 8 pallets and it took 3 docks backed to and nearly an hour. Only took 9 minutes to unload. Avoid it like the plaque. They act like trucking is a game. 20 years of driving and this is the worst place I have ever delivered."
"Went for a job interview. The show room wash very nice and clean. Everyone was nice and helpful when I said what I was there for. Looks like a great place to work. Hopefully I get hired. A place I could retire from."
"Try putting a 53ft trailer into docks designed for 14ftbox truck with cement poles in front of a 3ft dropoff blocking you in front while you try to back. And you have to park on the street. The dock guys unload you fast though"
