When I went to the warehouse to meet with Don he was friendly but made no documentation on what I wanted. Weeks later I found out he ordered the windows but not the doors. Moreover, he ordered the wrong windows. When I called him about it, he stated he did not recall our conversation and was not willing to rectify the situation. This delayed my project several weeks. I had the contractor cancel the order and I will never work with ABC again."
