"Recently was in a car accident with someone. I don't have Allstate is my insurance but the elderly man that hit me was. This is absolutely the worst insurance company EVER. The elderly man was in the wrong and he was written 2 tickets. I had been going back and forth with this insurance company for almost 2 months now. They are refusing to fix my vehicle but insisted that MY OWN insurance company fix the damaged to my vehicle. Which I already stated that it was NOT MY fault the accident happened."
"This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had I was given misinformation so now I’m without insurance, then they acknowledge the employee gave me wrong information but still will not reinstate my insurance garbage company!"
"Been a customer for over 20 years. Great service"
"Didn't catch her name, but I spoke with someone at agency after calling general number about arranging a payment plan for my imminently-due in two payments due to financial hardship related to pandemic. Person on the phone was unenthusiastic about helping, acted like I was weird or less-than for asking, and was generally condescending. I did forget to say that I had canceled my policy (thus accelerating my payment due . . . I didn't occur to me that would happen, my bad). I called August 25. Bill due 8/30. Said could only help "customers" with plans and I would no longer be a customer after policy cancellation. Maybe these rules are standard as I've never cancelled auto insurance before, so I should've known, but her condescension was unacceptable in any context, much less a professional one."
"These folks attend to my concerns in a businesslike and timely way. I choose to have them take care of car, liability, and flood insurance, because they have taken care of me for over 50 years."
